2 Then he turned his face to the wall, and prayed unto YHWH, saying
2 And Ezekias turned to the wall, and prayed to the Lord, saying,
3 'Remember now, O YHWH, I beseech Thee, how I have walked before Thee in truth and with a whole heart, and have done that which is good in Thy sight.' And Hezekiah wept sore.
3 “I beg you, O Lord, I beseech you, remember how I have walked before you in truth, and with a perfect heart, and how I have done what is pleasing before you.” And then Hezekiah wept with a great weeping.
4 And it came to pass, before Isaiah was gone out of the inner court of the city, that the word of YHWH came to him, saying
4 And Esaias was in the middle court, and the word of the Lord came to him, saying,
4 And before Isaiah departed from the middle part of the atrium, the word of the Lord came to him, saying
5 'Return, and say to Hezekiah the prince of My people: Thus saith YHWH, the God of David thy father: I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears; behold, I will heal thee; on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of the YHWH.
5 Turn back, and thou shalt say to Ezekias the ruler of my people, Thus saith the Lord God of thy father David, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third day thou shalt go up to the house of the Lord.
5 “Return and tell Hezekiah, the leader of my people: Thus says the Lord, the God of your father David: I have heard your prayer, and I have seen your tears. And behold, I have healed you. On the third day, you shall ascend to the temple of the Lord.
6 And I will add unto thy days fifteen years; and I will deliver thee and this city out of the hand of the king of Assyria; and I will defend this city for Mine own sake, and for My servant David's sake.'
