21  subjecting yourselves to one another in the fear of God.

21  Be subject to one another in the fear of Christ.

21  Submit yourselves one to another in the love of Christ.

22  Wives, subject yourselves to your own husbands, as to YHWH,

22  Wives, [be in subjection] unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.

22  Wives should be submissive to their husbands, as to the Lord.

Byz

23  because the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body.

23  For the husband is the head of the wife, and Christ also is the head of the church, [being] himself the saviour of the body.

Byz Nes S TR

24  But just as the church is subject to Christ, so also the wives be to their own husbands in everything.

24  Therefore, just as the Church is subject to Christ, so also should wives be subject to their husbands in all things.

Byz Nes V S TR

25  Husbands, love your own wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,

26  in order that He might sanctify her, cleansing her by the washing of water by the word,

26  that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word,

26  so that he might sanctify her, washing her clean by water and the Word of life,

27  that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and blameless.

27  so that he might offer her to himself as a glorious Church, not having any spot or wrinkle or any such thing, so that she would be holy and immaculate.

27  In order to build for himself a glorious church, without stain or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

28  So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he that loves his own wife loves himself.

28  Even so ought husbands also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his own wife loveth himself

28  So should men love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.

29  For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as also YHWH does the church.

29  for no man ever hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as Christ also the church;

30  For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones.

30  because we are members of his body.

31  "For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh."

31  For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh.

32  This is a great mystery, but I speak in reference to Christ and to the church.

32  This is a great Sacrament. And I am speaking in Christ and in the Church.

33  Nevertheless you also individually, let each one love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respect her husband.

33  Yet truly, each and every one of you should love his wife as himself. And a wife should fear her husband.

6:4  And fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and admonition of YHWH.

And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but educate them with the discipline and correction of the Lord.

And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

6:5  Slaves, obey your masters according to the flesh with fear and trembling, in simplicity of heart, as to Christ;

Servants, be obedient unto them that according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;

6:6  not with eyeservice, as men-pleasers, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God wholeheartedly,

not in the way of eyeservice, as men-pleasers; but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;

Do not serve only when seen, as if to please men, but act as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart.

6:7  with good will doing service, as to YHWH, and not to men,

Serve with good will, as to the Lord, and not to men.

And serve well with your whole soul, with love, as to our LORD, and not to men

For you know that whatever good each one will do, the same will he receive from the Lord, whether he is servant or free.

6:9  And masters, do the same things towards them, giving up threatening, knowing that your own Master is in heaven, and there is no partiality with Him.

And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, and forbear threatening: knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no respect of persons with him.

Also, masters, do the same things for your servants, forgiving their faults, because you also have your own Master in heaven; and there is no respect of persons with him.
