Luke 13:1–5

And some [people] were present at that very time, reporting to Him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices.

And Jesus answered and said to them, "Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all [other] Galileans, because they suffered such things?

And he answered and said unto them, Think ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they have suffered these things?

And responding, he said to them: “Do you think that these Galileans must have sinned more than all other Galileans, because they suffered so much?

Not at all, I tell you; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all in like manner perish.

No; but I say to you, that all of you also, if you do not repent, you will perish in the same way.

Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that these were offenders more than all other men who dwelt in Jerusalem?

And those eighteen upon whom the tower of Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they also were greater transgressors than all the men living in Jerusalem?
