28 "Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender, and puts forth its leaves, you know that summer is near.
28 From the fig tree learn a parable. When its branches become tender and bring forth leaves, you know that summer is coming.
29 So also you, when you see these things coming to pass, know that it is near-at the doors!
29 even so ye also, when ye see these things coming to pass, know ye that he is nigh, [even] at the doors.
29 So also, when you will have seen these things happen, know that it is very near, even at the doors.
30 Assuredly I say to you, that by no means will this generation have passed away until all these things have taken place.
30 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, until all these things be accomplished.
30 Amen I say to you, that this lineage shall not pass away, until all these things have happened.
31 The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.
31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
32 "But concerning that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father.
32 But of that day or that hour knoweth no one, not even the angels in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
