and His clothes became shining, exceedingly white, like snow, such as no launderer on earth is able to whiten.

His clothes shone, and became white like snow, in such a manner that men on earth cannot make white.

And Elijah appeared to them together with Moses, and they were talking with Jesus.

Then Peter answered and said to Jesus, "Rabbi, it is good for us to be here; and let us make three tents: one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah"-

And Peter answereth and saith to Jesus, Rabbi, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah.

And suddenly, looking around, they no longer saw anyone, but only Jesus with themselves.
