Then YHWH said unto Moses: 'Go in unto Pharaoh, and tell him: Thus saith the YHWH, the God of the Hebrews: Let My people go, that they may serve Me.

And the Lord said to Moses, Go in to Pharao, and thou shalt say to him, These things saith the Lord God of the Hebrews; Send my people away that they may serve me.

Then the Lord said to Moses: “Enter to Pharaoh, and say to him: ‘Thus says the Lord God of the Hebrews: Release my people, to sacrifice to me.

But if you still refuse, and you retain them,

behold, the hand of YHWH is upon thy cattle which are in the field, upon the horses, upon the asses, upon the camels, upon the herds, and upon the flocks; there shall be a very grievous murrain.

behold, my hand will be over your fields. And a very grievous pestilence will be upon the horses, and the donkeys, and the camels, and the oxen, and the sheep.

Behold, the LORD will smite your cattle which are in the desert, the horses, the asses, the camels, the oxen, and the sheep; there shall be a very severe plague.

And YHWH shall make a division between the cattle of Israel and the cattle of Egypt; and there shall nothing die of all that belongeth to the children of Israel.'

And the Lord will cause a miracle between the possessions of Israel and the possessions of the Egyptians, so that nothing at all will perish from those things which belong to the sons of Israel.”

And YHWH appointed a set time, saying: 'Tomorrow the YHWH shall do this thing in the land.'

And God fixed a limit, saying, To-morrow the Lord will do this thing on the land.

And the LORD appointed a set time, saying, Tomorrow the LORD shall do this thing in the land. And they are coming Moses and Aaron to Pharaoh, and they are saying to him: Thus says LORD: these Hebrews are mine. Let my people go and they shall serve me. And that if you are refusing to let my people go, and you want to burden them more, behold, the hand of the LORD comes upon cattle of you that is in the field, in horses, and in donkeys, and in camels, and in flock: plague very heavy. And the LORD will distinguish between livestock of Israel and between livestock of Egypt, and not it shall die from plague all that belong to Israel. Tomorrow the LORD will do the plague this in the land.

And YHWH did that thing on the morrow, and all the cattle of Egypt died; but of the cattle of the children of Israel died not one.

And the Lord did this thing on the next day, and all the cattle of the Egyptians died, but of the cattle of the children of Israel there died not one.

Therefore, the Lord accomplished this word the next day. And all the animals of the Egyptians died. Yet truly, of the animals of the sons of Israel, nothing at all perished.

And Pharaoh sent, and, behold, there was not so much as one of the cattle of the Israelites dead. But the heart of Pharaoh was stubborn, and he did not let the people go.

And when Pharao saw, that of all the cattle of the children of Israel there died not one, the heart of Pharao was hardened, and he did not let the people go.

And Pharaoh sent to see; neither was there anything dead of those things that Israel possessed. And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not release the people.

And YHWH said unto Moses and unto Aaron: 'Take to you handfuls of soot of the furnace, and let Moses throw it heavenward in the sight of Pharaoh.

And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying, Take you handfuls of ashes of the furnace, and let Moses scatter it toward heaven before Pharao, and before his servants.

10  And they took soot of the furnace, and stood before Pharaoh; and Moses threw it up heavenward; and it became a boil breaking forth with blains upon man and upon beast.

10  So he took of the ashes of the furnace before Pharao, and Moses scattered it toward heaven, and it became sore blains breaking forth both on men and on beasts.

10  And they took ashes from the oven, and they stood in the sight of Pharaoh, and Moses sprinkled it in the air. And there came sores with swelling pustules on men and on beasts.

11  And the sorcerers could not stand before Moses because of the sores, for the sores were on the sorcerers, and in all the land of Egypt.

19  Now therefore send, hasten in thy cattle and all that thou hast in the field; for every man and beast that shall be found in the field, and shall not be brought home, the hail shall come down upon them, and they shall die.'

19  Send therefore now, and gather thy cattle, and all that thou hast in the field; for upon every man and beast which shall be found in the field, and shall not be brought home, the hail shall come down upon them, and they shall die. And they are coming Moses and Aaron to Pharaoh, and they are saying to him: Thus says LORD: these Hebrews are mine. Let my people go and they shall serve me. That this time I shall send all plagues of me into heart of you, and in servants of you, and in people of you, so that you know that there is no one like me in all the earth. That if I were to send hand of me and smite you and your people in plague, you would be destroyed from the earth. But I'm keeping you to show you vigour of me, and so that numbered names of me in all the earth. Still you extol yourself in my people so as not to let them go, behold, I'm causing rain to come tomorrow; very heavy hail that have not been seen in Egypt from the day of her foundation and until now. 22  And YHWH said unto Moses: 'Stretch forth thy hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt.'

23  And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven; and YHWH sent thunder and hail, and fire ran down unto the earth; and the YHWH caused to hail upon the land of Egypt.

M G S Sam

24  So there was hail, and fire flashing up amidst the hail, very grievous, such as had not been in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.

24  And the hail and intermingled fire drove on together. And it was of such magnitude as had never before been seen in the entire land of Egypt, from the time when that nation was formed.

25  And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field, and broke every tree of the field.

25  And the hail struck, throughout all the land of Egypt, everything that was in the fields, from man even to beast. And the hail struck down every plant of the field, and it broke every tree of the region.

34  And when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his servants.
