So let the redeemed of YHWH say, whom He hath redeemed from the hand of the adversary;

Let those who have been redeemed by the Lord say so: those whom he redeemed from the hand of the enemy and gathered from the regions,

And gathered them out of the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the sea.

They wandered in the wilderness in a desert way; they found no city of habitation.

They wandered into solitude in a waterless place. They did not find the way of the city to be their dwelling place.

13  They cried unto YHWH in their trouble, and He saved them out of their distresses.

13  Then they cried to the Lord in their affliction, and he saved them out of their distresses.

13  And they cried out to the Lord in their tribulation, and he freed them from their distress.
